Refund Policy

Overview

RouteWeather (routeweather.cc) is operated by Tobiasz Waszak Dev (Topolowa 1a, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland; VAT ID: PL6182109667). Payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record, which means Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and refund processing on our behalf.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with RouteWeather Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email tobiaszwaszak@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address used for your account. We will process the refund within 5 business days.

Renewals

RouteWeather Pro is billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days after the 14-day window.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for charges that are more than 14 days old, or for accounts that have previously received a refund for the same subscription. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
