Overall score

Andorra is a microstate nestled in the high Pyrenees between France and Spain, but its cycling credentials are enormous. The Collada de la Gallina, the Coll d'Ordino, and the La Rabassa climb feature regularly in the Vuelta a España. The country is tiny — you can cross it in 30km — but the roads climb steeply from the valley and connect seamlessly with the magnificent passes on both the French and Spanish sides. The capital Andorra la Vella is a convenient base. Duty-free shopping means good deals on equipment.
